We accept VISA, MasterCard and Discover cards. You may leave a message as our machine is secure. Or we will call you back if you prefer. To mail a check, see "By mail" below. A deposit of $300 for Apprenticeships (or the deposit listed for clinics other than Apprenticeships) is due at sign up. This guarantees your place in the program and is non-refundable.
